Step by step instructions

1. Visit the online listing of CBC online audio files
2. Click on the month of the message you want
3. Click on the title of the message you want
4. Click on Listen to listen to the message now

5. Click on Save to save the audio file to your computer and listen to it later (without needing to be connected to the Internet).
   
   By saving the file to your computer, you then have the option to copy that file to a CD or to a portable audio player such as an Ipod. You do NOT need a CD player or Ipod to listen to these files on your computer.
